At PAT'S Schoolhouse, we hire only teachers of exceptional quality. We believe that our teachers must be committed, caring & exceptional, nothing less. Our team of teachers comprises mainly graduates, former primary school teachers, and experienced staff with overseas and local qualifications in early childhood education.

We are also supported by the expertise of a Special Needs Consultant (UK) and a Family Guidance Counsellor (Singapore).

We are responsive to the professional and emotional needs of our staff. Our teachers all demonstrate a multitude of gifts and tremendous creativity and we encourage each one to develop her skills and talents to the fullest. There are always opportunities for professional development and skills upgrading through training at accredited early childhood institutions, attending conferences and in-house workshops.
